Privacy

kalingavysya.in is the Kalinga Vysya community site. It has no accounts and no sign-up, and it keeps nothing about you.

What you type

The kundli and matching calculators send the birth dates, times and places you enter to our server, which computes the chart or the match and returns it. Nothing you enter is stored. Searching for a place sends what you type to our server to find matching towns; that is not stored either.

What any website sees

Our server sees your IP address, your browser’s description of itself and the pages you request, as every website does. These appear in server logs used only for security and to fix faults.

The site’s typefaces are served by Google Fonts, so Google sees your IP address when a page loads them.

Analytics, only if you agree

We use Google Analytics to see which pages are used, but only if you tap Accept when the site asks. Until then nothing is sent to it. If you agree, Google receives the pages you visit, your device and browser type, and your approximate location from your IP address, and keeps it for 2 months. It is not used for advertising. You can change your answer at any time: cookie settings.

Kalinga Vysya Matrimony

Kalinga Vysya Matrimony, at matrimony.kalingavysya.in, is a separate service with its own privacy notice. The calculators here run on the same servers as that service, but nothing you enter here is stored or linked to any account there.
